All Steel Mid-Rise offers a true “turn-key” structural shell packages, eliminating any coordination and assembly confusion. All Steel provides cold-formed steel (CFS) structural solutions utilizing the highest quality products, at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining the building code requirements. According to most building code requirements, wood framing is typically not permissible over 4 stories, and traditional red iron or concrete structures amass great weight and cost, therefore making CFS framing ideal for structures. All Steel's CFS framing solutions are permitted for mid-rise structural framing up to 12 stories, or 180 feet. Beginning with project specifications, engineering, and design flexibility, All Steel works closely with the contractor to ensure that the framing shell is successfully achieved within budget and on time.
The All Steel Mid-Rise Timberless Systems are all non-combustible and among the lightest, yet strongest options available on the market today. Because All Steel Systems are lighter than traditional planks and slabs, construction requires less material and labor, resulting in less overall cost.
Cold-formed steel framing can be erected quickly with a small crew. On average, a crew of 9 guys can erect approximately 6,000 SF per week. A crew consists of 3 teams of 2-3 tradespeople per team (teams 1-3), a crane operator, and an on the ground supervisor for support.
The standard assembly of framing members allows the crew to continually maintain work without stoppages, to increase efficiency and ultimately build faster for the client.
Quality control at the off-site manufacturing facility ensures members are exact and square prior to arriving onsite. Wall and floor framing systems arrive on-site labeled in the order of installation sequence.
positions and sets the wall panel lifted directly from the flatbed by the crane.
places and secures the joists on walls.
lays and fastens the metal decking to the joists.
then continues the cycle by positioning and setting the panels on the next floor above.
Quality control at the off-site manufacturing facility ensures members are exact and square prior to arriving onsite.
An optimized and efficient installation process that allows for continual workflow.- Keeps the project moving forward quickly,
Integrated coordination with other key trade partners who are able to quickly follow behind with MEP cutouts made in the joists. - Eliminating problems and mistakes at the job site.
Keeping crews to minimal size, which is important in today’s labor shortage market.
Reducing manpower reduces onsite safety risk.
Removing weight from the building and lightening the framing members and foundation. Which helps to reduce the overall cost outcome.
Using Light gauge steel members, such as the All Steel Systems can help lower maintenance costs and provide a longer building lifespan.
All Steel’s light gauge products are Resilient and noncombustible, which equates to lower insurance costs.
Our systems are stable, therefore will not rot, mold/mildew, shrink, etc. Eliminating costly problems down the road.
Our Systems Compress the critical path by weeks/months depending on the size of the project.
Less expensive than traditional building framing costs when compared apples to apples.
